Miao People - Culture and Lifestyle

The month of May, 2025, Chongxuan Academy presents seminars on Miao people of South China mountains. The Miao ethnic group are recognized as one of the largest ethnic minorities who’s homeland encompasses the provinces of Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong, and Hainan. These seminars will Showcase Miao traditional clothing including their signature silver fashioned jewelry and head dress, as well as their cultural history and daily life, and festivals of song, dance.
